I bought a $202 Bose speaker from a listing thatâ€™s a sham. Seller has taken no action and is non responsive. Why canâ€™t I cancel the order now instead of waiting for the end of the estimated delivery date plus four days?

You have posted about this 4 times here, and have been given the same advice each time. Have you read the responses?

You MUST wait until the estimated date of delivery has passed to file the Refund Request.
Buyers are unable to cancel their orders.

Thereâ€™s two Bose speakers in question. The first was a sham. Listing and seller were removed. The second involved seller inaction. I posted on eBay Community and then got through to customer service and they contacted the seller.
