Fraud in seller description

I purchased a "HP 510 - Bluetooth Wireless KEYBOARD + MOUSE+DONGLE HSA P011D-Black - New" and received an old Compaq wired and worn keyboard and a wired Mouse. Nothing was New and it was NO HP 510. Seller's used an HP 510 box for the Compaq keyboard. How do I get EBay to make this right. Seller's posting says "No refunds". How do I get Ebay to make the seller into an honest seller?????

@60buckley43 Sorry your item is not as described. You just need to file a return request. The sellers return policy is only for buyers remorse returns such as doesn't fit, found better price, etc.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
