Fraud I cannot find out how to report to ebay
Hello, I just got informed if I made a purchase on ebay from my credit card. It shows 9 purchases from ebay in my credit card statement pending I just made. Only problem I did not make them and was not even on the computer or ebay site for days. The problem is that when I log onto ebay it does not show the purchases, so I cannot dispute or even call someone about them. I can only tell the credit card company that I did not make the purchase, and with ebay you can get a live person only this junk.
How do I report fraudulent purchases when they do not show up in my purchase history?

Mentor1 year agoContact your card issuer to dispute the charges and get a new card number issued.
eBay can only help with unauthorized transactions made using your own eBay account; not if someone uses your card number with another eBay account.
