Fraud - HELP
I need assistance.... I have been frauded as a seller on Ebay by a buyer. Long story short, the buyer asked Ebay to step in on a return request, which I was trying to figure out what was going on. On that note I provided a return label as Ebay instructed, the buyer shipped an item from a different location than on the account and also sent a totally different item back to me. At that point I reported the buyer, and contacted Ebay and was assured they were researching it. Days later I get a notice that the case has been closed and the buyer refunded...... I then appeal the case and also report the buyer again for false claims because at this point I know the whole thing was a set up. So far I am out 2 shipping charges ($80+) and Ebay is wanting their fees $150, not to mention the item that was not returned to me at all. What does one do at this point???
