fraud from a seller
hi i have purchase an item from this seller he sent me the item but it don't work, the unit wasn't complete unit for it to work, open a return request to get my refund back and this seller said that ebay done froze his account and he couldn't give me back my refund, so that when we made a deal and i cancell the return request and now hes been ignoring me and giving me all kind of exscusses talking about a death in the family and all the above, i just want my hard earn money back, ive been a member for years on ebay and finally ran into a seller that is a fraud.

Mentor3 years agoNever ever close a return unless you decide you don't want your money back. You cannot reopen the return. As you discovered, you dealt with a dishonest buyer.
You'll now have to pursue help from PayPal (if you funded your payment that way) or from your credit card company.
