Fraud claim help
I purchased a car part from a "reputable" seller. He stated that it was a new, aftermarket, as described unit. Upon installing the part 3 days past Ebays 30 day policy, I discovered that it was a USED factory unit that was put into an aftermarket part plastic bag. I have reached out to the seller multiple times with no responses to rectify the fraudulent sale. I have also reached out to Ebay to report the seller but they keep giving me the run around as well. Has anyone had this situation? Any advise? Thanks

Since you are beyond the time frame for using the 30 day Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you can try to contact your credit card company to ask about their policy regarding purchases.
