Fraud claim
I shipped sneakers (Hoka Bondi) that were in like new condition. Buyer is claiming they are WORN. They were literally worn twice. Daughter decided she did not like black sneakers. The first set of photos sent were blurry and obviously of a worn shoe - NOT WHAT I SENT! I asked for specific photos and they said “tomorrowâ€. I received scathing negative feedback.

Mentor1 year agoI looked at your original listing. You did not take a picture of the shoes from the front. There are not enough close-ups either. To me, it looks like there is grass in the laces. I would not describe them as excellent condition, like new as you state in your description. I hate to say it, but I agree with the buyer. Are they asking for a return?
There is a saying here on eBay: Describe like there are no photos and take photos like there are no descriptions.
