Fraud charge
There is a charge from ebay in my credit card, could someone help me find out what this is?
Charge is $665.76 from eBay O*27-09728-89061

Mentor3 years agoeBay can help if an unauthorized transaction appears in your eBay account's Purchase History.
If the purchase was made using someone else's eBay account using your credit card number, eBay cannot help you.
Contact your credit card issuer for further details of the transaction or to dispute it and get a new card number issued.

OP3 years agoI never bought anything from eBay but it shows in my cc statement as:
eBay O*27-09728-89061
amount: $665.76
Besides calling the bank, i want to find who made the purchase, what was purchased and from which account. Could eBay help me here, I want to get to the bottom of this.

Mentor3 years agoeBay can only help if the purchase was made using your eBay account.
If the purchase was made using a different account, you will need to deal with your card issuer directly, not eBay.
