Mentor2 years agoYou may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users. What sort of fraud are you encountering?
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link between 5am to 9:30pm Pacific Time:

Add ‘agent' in the chat box that popped up.
Answer questions if showing up.
Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

OP2 years agoworthless already done your suggestion but the **bleep** chatbot refuses to connect to an agent instead it demands I choose a help subject while locking out the communication box for me to write in

Mentor2 years agoIf you try the first link you should see a direct link to request a call back. Use that option instead of the chat during regular hours.
The suggestions are only worthless to you if you fail to actually try them -- but that's on you.
