FRAUD BUYERS AFTER 90 DAY RESOLVED BUT NOT
I had a fraudulent buyer back in January 27th purchase an item from me for +$500.
I recorded a video of myself wrapping the product and placing it in a package.
This buyer later reported this purchase as fraudulent - I didn't think anything of it at the time because eBay's response was that they protect sellers and I assumed if they were going to investigate further I could provide the video of me wrapping the product to ship to this Buyer.
Ebay charged me $111 and I no longer have this product and they sided with the "buyer".
It is now past the 90 days and no contact or investigation was done and I am no longer able to open an investigation on this order or this buyer.
How do I contact eBay to refund my money because I am now out $611+ because of this scammer.
Can I pursue legal action against this buyer with their home address? This is unbelievable that there is no contact for customer service. Capital B to the ull S hit.

Ebay does not rely on a seller's video to decide the outcome of a case.
Consult an attorney if you want to pursue legal action.
