fraud and ebay
Ebay will step in, but when it is time to get your money back, they won't let you call, you have to contact by email, WHY???????? They want to keep your money for the interest

OP8 months agoI did, they have been stalling in returning my money. It has been Jan 9th i reported fraud and the seller is still on ebay. They don't take it seriously.

OP8 months agoI already did that, now ebay is going against it's policies and tell me to give the seller my paypal acct info, even though i didn't use paypal

OP8 months agoI have already done that 2x now and they are still stalling to give me my money back. So much for the money back guarantee. That is worthless like Ebay

You do not have to use email, you can have customer service call you.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
