On april 18 i won your auction for a Diagnostic Scanner Double Board Full Chip Multilanguage
IDS Diagnostic Tool. On may 19th I received the item and it was not what I bought and I informed the seller. On may 30th you messaged me and said that you were sending me the correct item. I have been asking for a refund or tracking number and you keep saying to please give it some time with no tracking number. It is now August 14 and no tracking number no item. At this point I demand a full refund because I know this was a fraudulent auction and I will never see the scan tool. The seller obviously weren't forthcoming when you can't even give me a tracking number and keep telling me to give it some time this is wrong. I want a full refund and I will leave negative feedback but i can’t do anything because I am block from everything with the seller and i have no way to contact ebay . Ebay, please step in and oversee the reimbursement. This seller is not trust worthy.

Mentor3 years agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after the last expected delivery date for your item as shown in your Purchase history, so it is too late for ebay to help you. If you paid with Paypal, you can file a case with them as they allow up to 180 days from date of sale. If you paid with a credit credit card, contact the card issuer.

If you made the purchase in April … then it is too late to get eBay involved. You can try contacting PayPal or your credit card company … which allow a longer time period to resolve a problem.
[BTW, nobody from eBay will read your post . This is a member to member forum. 🙂]
