Has anyone else placed and order with pickin_aint_easy ? I placed an order on 7/03/2023 for Tube of 20 - 1 oz Austrian Silver Philharmonic Coin .999 Fine Silver 2023 #31/37 and recieved a baseball card. The packing slip inside had someone else name and address and order # total for $3.80. Also, the envelope had the wrong info on it. City and zip code correct but address for the local Superior Bakery, a business. Tracking showed out for delivery, so I checked the post office and they found it using the tracking #. I signed for it, wish I had not, accepted it, contacted the seller who messaged me he would send the correct item. He provided another tracking # which also was not deliverable due to incorrect address, I was told this at my post office. I am still getting tracking updates on that envelope, my post office checked and it had the weight of only one ounce, same as the first, and it is being sent back to sender. As of today 7/27/2023, I am still waiting on my refund.

·3 years agoGo to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

OP3 years agoThank you. I did this; however, I also contacted my payment institution as Ebay refers to, my credit card company, and disputed the charge. Then Ebay closed my request siting that for the reason for doing so. I may be out $522 just not sure what to do now. Ebay has the info, and I was finally able to talk to a REAL person at Ebay and they pretty much told me the seller had also did this to others. I have checked the seller's feedback and the Negative feedback went from just 3 on 7/03/23, the day I made my purchase, to over 100 as of yesterday. No items for sale and feedback has been set to Private. check it out !

·3 years agoOnce you go to your credit card, any case with Ebay will be closed and they will no longer be any help.
Hopefully your credit card will take care of you.
Not sure what happened with that account, but looks like it's been ok until just recently.
