FRAUD?
I ordered an item last Friday. The money was withdrawn from my account. The item does not appear on my "recent purchases" list. Ebay doesn't respond to my questions. How do I get a PERSON to answer my questions. Chats just keep telling me to go to my "recent purchase" list. It isn't there!

Mentor3 years agoIs it possible you placed the order using a different eBay account or as a guest?

did u purchase from your eBay account?
or as an eBay guest?
or did u do the transaction outside of the eBay site?
