I've bought multiple baseball cards on ebay and recently discovered that the cards are counterfeit graded. In other words I paid a premium for graded and encapsulated cards from a reputable company but these are fakes. The bar codes either read all "0,s" or "1234567890123" When I tried entering the numerical characters on the front of the encapsulate into the corresponding company's database I received "no match." Please tell me that ebay can help me with this issue.

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, counterfeit. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
