Mentor3 weeks agoI'm not sure why your title says "fraud", as there is no fraud described in your post. I am admittedly not on expert on eBay Motors, so perhaps one of my colleaugues who knows more about it can chime in, but I took a look & anything marked with the blue checkmark & secure purchase icon, tells me it has financing available either through Caramel or one of their partners. Also, each one I looked at told me the minimum amount that was required.
So it seems to me that financing is available. That said, some people don't require financing & may just choose to purchase outright. eBay does not loan money directly, they are not a lending company.

OP3 weeks agoTry to buy a car old car try to finance you need 10 or 20% down payment to order the porches at how would you be able to purchase a car on eBay when they want 5 to $10,000 don't make sense
