If an unauthorized transaction appears in your Purchase History on eBay, change your eBay password and contact eBay here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/account/protecting-account/get-help-hacked-account?id=4196
If the charge only appears on a credit card statement, not in your eBay account, then contact your card issuer directly for details of the transaction or to dispute it and get a new card number issued.
