How can I get my money back on an item that it didn't came, I waited over a month because e-mail saying "you're item would be ready tomorrow' but never came, it's been over a month and 4 days?

You must act within thirty days of the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of purchase in order to win an "item not received" case on eBay.

If you have waited too long for help from eBay, you may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of purchase for items that are not received.
