Fraud
I bought a phone, and they sent me a letter telling that the were behind and it would take a bout a week to be delivered, I put a appeal and the seller provided a different tracking number ebay step in and gave the seller the appeal, but he send a box weighing over 8kilos on there 2nd attempt of delivering the phone to a whole different address, now eBay won't help. What can I due. And you can see the sellers reviews now and it shows that he never delivers he's items it's fraud.
