fraud
Randomly I received an e-mail that an expensive item was being sent though I never ordered. A large sum was debited from my credit card account. I never ordered it. What do I do. I've spoken to eBay ten days ago to begin an investigation. I had to wait for a person to answer the phone for over an hour. It was a sizable amount of money. My cc is canceled. Will cancel eBay as soon as issue resolved. Still not refund.

Does the transaction actually appear in your eBay account?
Does the email contain your personal information other than your email address?
How did you contact eBay, exactly?
Scammers often send such blind invoices to random email addresses and include a fake contact link that leads not to eBay but to the scammer. The intent is to get the recipient to reveal account or payment details which can be used to defraud the user.
