fraud
Someone used my debit card illegally and had a purchase shipped to my home address. It was not sent to my name. I figured it was just a wrong address and contacted the seller via thier website to return the package. I later found out it was purchased with. my debit card number. How do I get in contact with ebay fraud dept? They do not even show this type of fraudulent transaction as a topic in customer support.

Unless the purchase was made using your eBay account, eBay cannot help.
Contact your card issuer to dispute the transaction and get a new card number issued.
