I got scammed on ebay : This is how it works. A seller places an item up for sale, then ater a waiting period or fake tracking it doesnt arrive. When you question it, they send a fake UPS proof of delivery so youcant get your money back.
I called paypal to stop the payment. Now Ebay wont assist because I contacted Paypal. How do I get my money not cleared yet back from this scan if Ebay wont help
