Fraud
Received an email about an attempted delivery from ebay. I didnt purchase anything from eBay so i ignored it. I received another email about an order delivered and ignored that as well because i didn't order anything. Received a USPS notice for an envelope at the postal office for me, my wife picked it up and it required a signature. The envelope was empty. Apparently its from the eBay seller. I looked at the previous eBay emails and the order was for digital Roblox childrens charachters. Im guessing like downloadable type items. I checked myeBay for recent purchases and there's no purchases since 2024. I reported fraud to my credit card and they issued a new card. Now a month later and to my disbelief the credit card company is reversing the claim saying its a legit purchase and holding me liable. Ive reentered the fraud claim and getting supporting info. Its nearly impossible to contact anyone from eBay. To report something you need to report from your purchase history but I don't have one. I've contacted the seller but no response as of now. Im filing a police report. Anything else I should be doing? Thanks

I know it can be difficult to Contact eBay, but you really should report what is going on. I hope some of this will help:
Best Option:
To request a call back from eBay, click on this link > Request a call back
Read the steps below, if you "Require" a chat option to communicate with an Agent. Then, use the Contact eBay link below to start a chat session. You'll have to answer some questions with the eBay Automated Assistant before the assistant notifies an Agent. You'll see a wait time estimate:
Click on this link to begin an eBay Chat > Contact eBay
eBay Customer Service help is also available on social media:
^ Do Not Post Your Account Information Publicly. Use the private messaging options:
You'll need to provide your user ID, your name, your address, and the registered email address attached to your account. Also, be sure to give them plenty of details.
The eBay Agents usually respond in a day or two and may research the situation better than the "Request a call back" agent or a "chat session" agent.
