Fraud?
What is the procedure for a situation like the one I describe below?
I sold an iPhone to a woman who asked me to send the package to her in DE where she was going to stay with a relative. Accordingly, I sent the phone there instead of her home adress.
Several weeks later she contacts eBay to claim she has not received the phone. I couldn't find the receipt at the time, but I later found it The package was delivered.
When she realized I could prove it came to the address she gave me in DE, she then claimed she didn't get it since it wasn't sent to her home address. Yesterday, I provided proof of her request asking the phone be sent to DE. Today I get an email saying that my account is charged for the phone that this woman said never arrived.
It appears she has the phone and wants it without paying for it. Am I wrong?

Mentor1 year agoTo be protected using seller protection, you need to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the transaction, click Order Details. The SHIP TO address you see there is where you should have sent the item. If you sent to an address in a message, and not the SHIP TO address attached to the payment, the buyer can file an Item Not Received case, and ebay can find in favor of the buyer.
