Fraud
P u r p l e b a n a n a 7 is a fraud, he copies and prints sports cards that you sell him then says you’ve sent him a fake and wants a return then sends you back the copied fake, this guy says he’s been in the printing buisiness for 40 years! So how long has he been scamming?..E b a y will do nothing, they side with fraud everytime ( p u r p l e b a n a n a 7 ) is his name so watch out for this fraudster!!!

It is too bad that this happened to you, but you should have had the cards you sold go through ebay's authentication process, then this would not have happened. There are requirements a card's listing has to have before authentication is added automatically.

Unfortunately, without authentication a buyer can claim anything and ebay will side with them. If you had absolute proof of a switch being made you could report the buyer to the USPS postal inspectors. But that proof is now in the hands of the buyer.

While most categories have a 30 day return period from date of delivery you only have 3 days to file a return request for all Trading Cards.
If you missed the deadline then you may have protection from your bank or credit card for an item that is significantly not as described.

Ebay WILL do something. Ebay has a Money Back Guarantee. File a Return Request for a refund.
