Fraud?
I was recommended an item by E-mail through Capital One shopping that was being sold on EBAY.
I then purchased this item and had reached out to the Seller multiple times asking when it would ship with no response back. After 3 days the item had not shipped. I then reached out to the seller again and also canceled the item thru EBAY. I also notified my credit cards fraud department and advised them of the problem, and they have opened up a claim investigation. I have tried to get in contact with EBAY thru there automated assistant, but it states that it cannot do anything because the cancelation is pending.
I then reached out to EBAY by phone and all the voice created system says is to reach out through their automated assistant on their website. Are there any recommendations out there on what else to do?

Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days they just have to make sure that the item arrives by the LAST estimated delivery date. Most sellers ship within a few days, weekends do not count as handling time days.
Sellers are not required to respond to messages although it is of course good customer service to do so.
