If the transaction appears in your eBay Purchase History you should change your password and contact eBay about a hacked account.
Otherwise you need to contact your card issuer for more details of the transaction or to dispute it and get a new card number issued.
eBay can only help if the unauthorized transaction was made using your own eBay account, not if someone used your card number with a different eBay account.

Mentor1 year agoCredit card numbers given to ebay are encrpted. The seller never knows which credit card is used for payment. I suggest you contact your credit card company and dispute the charge.
