Fraud.
I purchased an item on eBay and the seller accepted my offer. This item was the only one the seller had to offer.
What I did find out is within one hour of the purchase of my item. All of a sudden she had a second item and listed it again as the only one the seller has never answered any of my emails or request and now I’m out of substantial amount of money. eBay is no help because no way to reach them. Plz help

Mentor1 year agoIf the seller did not cancel the purchase you made then look at your purchase history to see what is the last estimated delivery date for the item. Once this date passes by at least one day you can open a case for an "Item not received". If the seller cannot prove with tracking that the item was delivered or is still in transit you would win the case after asking "eBay to step in".
