Fraud
I would not pay 80 dollars for a pair of earrings worth less than 20. I bought a pair of silver earrings and was sent a recreation. That is not what the description of the item said. Ebay will not refund my money and I am avery good customer they know **bleep** well people from overseas sell one thing and send another. I guess I have to close my account and find another market? I will not participate with sellers who sell me fraudulent murchandise. Had any one else been able to resolve this problem?

Mentor1 year agoYou have eBay's money back guaranty for 30 days from receipt of the item. To use it you must open an "Item not as described" case within this time frame. After this timer has passed you would need to go to your payment source to see if they can help.
