Fraud
I purchased an item that said brand Starbucks, and it was a tumbler. When I got it it was clearly homemade and probably violating copyrights for Disney. I contacted the seller inquiring why it said Starbucks and wasn’t. The only answer was I could return it to get refund. I then asked again about the false info and will the return postage cost me. They won’t respond. Can’t figure out how to report this.

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
