fraud
I was sold a Yeti bag from eBay. the item never arrived , however, the seller, utilizing a false china tracking number, pretended to have made the delivery. reported to ebay, they did not refund me and their fraud department did not do the necessary search, clearly shops the fraudulent sales. but Ebay irresponsible

Mentor1 year agoThe bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.
Take the tracking down to the carrier and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered. If not to your address, the carrier should try and retrieve the package. Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back.
