How is they still operating on ebay...I did my investigation and find they full of game...as a business man you have to spot the bait before you get hook.

If you suspect a listing is fraudulent, there is a report link on each active listing. That will take you to a series of drop-down boxes to select the correct reason for your report. EBay will not notify the Seller who reported their listing, but eBay will track members who file reports, so it's important to select the correct reason.
In the meantime, if you purchased something you think is not as described in the listing, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund based on eBay's 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection.
