Fraud
I brought a product and my daughter brought a product and it was the same thing. This was not the item we paid for and eBay has not been any help. What can I do

You didn’t mention HOW you asked eBay for help. Here’s the procedure:
* File a Return Request from your Purchase History … choosing ‘Item doesn’t match description or photos’ as the reason for the request.
* If the seller doesn’t provide either a prepaid shipping label or a full refund within 3 business days, then return to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.
