Can someone have an ad to sell a mower on marketplace and claim you can buy it and ebay will ship it . It is not listed on ebay.

Ebay is not affiliated with Marketplace in any way and Ebay does not ship anything.
As already stated, it is a SCAM.

No it is a SCAM.
That is not how eBay works and they have no part in a sale from another site. Once you send the codes for the gift cards your money is gone and there is no way to get it back. To purchase an item on eBay you need to sign in to eBay and complete the checkout process on eBay. The item will be in your Purchase History.
You should report the listing to the site it is on.
