If you did not make the purchase, or enter payment info for a bid or offer, and no one in your home uses your card, you need to report your card compromised. eBay can not give you info about a purchase not made through your account.
Call your card issuer and report the issue. They will freeze your card, issue a new one, and dispute the charge with eBay.
