Seller false advertised and I got a different product and it was broken as well. I asked the seller to put fragile on the box and they said they would check it for me before they shipped it, which is what I requested and when it got here it was still sealed and they lied to me and they gave me a different version of what they said they would, for the helmet And now they’re asking for my personal PayPal account that I do not have and they want me to help them find a shipping carrier to return it back to China when that’s not my responsibility. As far as I’m concerned, this is all their fault, and if they did what they said, they would do they would’ve found it before they sent it I should’ve known it was so cheap. That’s why because they crap sellers. I’ve been through this before where Ebay can help them, but they choose to just harass me about it instead. I need help

First open a return request - go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
Since they can not send a label, they will need your paypal address to send you the money to pay the return shipping. eBay can not help them with the shipping. If you want a refund, they have the right to get their item returned. You do not have to run around to different carriers - tell them you will send it usps only.

OP2 years agoI don’t ya brows and eBay agent said they can tell caller they can help him and that it’s not my responsibility because it is danger and the seller keeps playing with me . The seller keeps bulk time to give my brothers and he’s dead so it’s very tough for me to do anything regardless. eBay said to ignore allergy and if they don’t provide a shipping label than they can step in. I don’t know what right you think they have done to give my information but that’s wrong information about seller had a right to do that . That’s absolutely wrong and agent said he doesn’t have the right and eBay can prices them with a label . Funny thing is is that I heard them try to say that one time and they also said the other way to so I get what your saying but this agent said she noted that I’ve tried . I gave seller 5 options that I would do just to not make things difficult but they want it to be made difficult and they are trying to deter me from returning and calling my bluff. I can have my nurse drop it off at post office but post master said they would need to look at it first to make sure it’s not hazardous first but should be able to. I’m not paying for a shipment to go back when I was lied t by seller who could of helped this by being truthful and this could of been prevented. The seller was told by eBay to stop asking me for something I don’t have as I use klarna who pays eBay . Regardless I’m with you in half of this but the seller having rights after they commutes fraud and false advertising is. It right . I filled out a police report with my nurse who helped and gave to eBay . I’m sorry but your wrong on that part about them having any rights at this point besides providing tracking number . I’m now going out of my way as a paraplegic dying from cancer and terminal brain disease and have months to live and I was willing to help out the seller but they are very very low type people. I’ve met great people from china but they are doing the thing where they pretend they do t understand me even though seller did before and told me not to worry and that they checked the item which is why I recorded it being opened and everyone. Ty for trying but your wrong . eBay says this so don’t shoot messenger . I was told to ignore the seller u til they provide a label. So if your telling me any is wrong than I call them and ask again what to do. .. have enough crap I don’t need this so I’ll do my best because seller is asking for my dead brothers pay so account which I would never do and isn’t active. This seller knew this and that he passed and is just trying to poke the bear . Very passive and aggressive messages from seller and seller yells at me in Messges using caps . This is the worst seller i ever met and I buy a lot on eBay , probably more than I should lol

OP2 years agoeBay can provide shipping label and has done so before . Only thing I don’t agree with but you are very informative and I appreciate you helping me sincerely .

OP2 years agoI’ll say this again because it seems like you don’t understand but I do not have PayPal PLUS eBay said it’s their responsibility to pay and that they are able to help the seller get the shipping. Label. I’m sorry but your information doesn’t add up to what eBay tells me in writing..

If you don't have a paypal account, you can ask the seller to send the money via venmo or zelle, if that works for you. Otherwise, try asking customer service again for help - they tell us that they can not issue the label, perhaps they will tell you they can, which would be great 🙂
