Question

I received a 1099-K tax form from Ebay with nearly $100,000 in payments. I've never sold anything on Ebay. I've only bought $100's of in the past 1.5 years.

Can't get a hold of an Ebay Fraud representative.

HELP!!!

You can also contact eBay's 1099k department and see if they can cancel the 1099k or not.

Click on CONTACT US at the bottom of the page. Next type Help with eBay and Form 1099-K. Then type AGENT after the bot replies and you'll be able to request a call back.

@pocnh Wow sorry to hear this! First thing I recommend if you have not already done so is put a freeze on your credit reports so now new loans, or cards to be opened.
