If you see a credit card charge for an eBay purchase that is not in your Purchase History and you didn't make the purchase using guest checkout, then someone has acquired your credit card # and is using it to buy the item on eBay (they could have just as easily bought something anywhere else). You need to notify your credit card company ASAP so they can prevent more purchases.
