Anyone know how to get hold of someone to get a refund? I paid for some Skechers. Kept checking the site for shipping date. Never shipped. Contacted seller from the site. She hasn't been a seller in years. Someone using her old account!! Now I can't get hold of ANYONE to get my money back!!

If you have not received a refund or the item by the last estimated delivery date, file an "item not received" case with eBay:
