I bought what was sold as genuine Milwaukee battery twin pack on Sept 1,2023 The batteries started to not hold a charge, both batteries in Nov. 2023. I sent them in to Milwaukee under the three year warranty. Milwaukee said the batteries were not genuine Milwaukee batteries and would not repair them.
I have sent the seller (roman11268) an email but no response. Will ebay do anything or cover what I paid?

OP2 years agoA specialist from ebay made contact with me and said they would look into it. That was a couple of days ago.
