How do I report a seller that is a scammer? I tried every way I could but it did nothing. I still have yet to be refunded and the seller never even shipped the item and it’s a week past the delivery date.

·2 years agoGo to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.

if u don't receive your purchased item,
starting the next day after the last estimated shipping date on the order, open an item not rec'd case.
go to your purchase history, click on the item, click on the 'more actions' drop down menu, choose 'I didn't receive it'
