FRAUD.
I purchased a $1500 solar inverter they said it was new. turns out it failed its operation and the factory said this inverter was reported to them in 2019 as defective. I have sent 2 emails to the seller and no response. Now it appears I am blocked because none of my "contact the seller" is going through. What can Ido? I don't want to rate the seller 1 star I just want a new inverter as promised.I don't want conflict, but if it comes to that I will do what I have to to get this resolved. honestly, I don't know at this time what my options are. help, please

If you receive an item that was not described accurately, you have eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
Open a Return Request to the right of the item on your purchase history and indicate the reason the item is not described accurately. You will need to include a photo.The seller has three full days to issue a prepaid return shipping label, ( if he wants the item back) or a refund in full. If there is no response from the seller by day 4, return to the case details on your Purchase History under Cancelled Invoices and click on Ask eBay To Step In
