Print the guides? Your listing shows you are using the ebay International Shipping, so you just click the option to Print the shipping label. You will be shipping to Glendale Heights, IL (although there may be other hubs). They will print the customs form and send onto your international buyer.
@lorena1122 Your listings are using the eBay International Shipping Program. You just ship to the US location and then eBay handles the international shipping and custom forms. Select print label from the drop down menu next to the item on your awaiting shipment page.
Once the item safely reaches the US forwarding hub your job as a seller is done.
Keep in mind that if you ship Media Mail it has NO POSTAL INSURANCE unless you pay extra for the insurance when you buy the shipping label. I would not ship expensive records with Media Mail as it slow and items are often damaged.
I would use USPS ground advantage or Priority as they both come with $100 insurance and the records will not be in transit as long to the US forwarding center in Illinois or CA. Be sure to pay for more insurance if you want protection for lost or damaged package before it reaches the forwarding hub.
