Fradulent Pepcid Complete. All Pepcid would say, "this is not our product or packaging".
The product did not work, and I have been using it for many years. The taste is not the same as Complete, the smell is not the same as Complete, The packaging is not the same as Pepcid Complete. If it worked as Pepcid works, I might have just used it as a cheap Chinese "knock off", but this stuff is scary.

Mentor9 months ago@ric4848y If you don't think it's authentic check with the manufacturer to see if they had a package or formula change. That can happen.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

OP9 months agoSo... Do you think I should tell other shoppers that they are being defrauded, or not ? I have gone through many steps to get to their testing lab, and frankly only a Salesman would agree to discuss it, and advise me that if it tastes different from the product I have taken since their release to the public, and that I have purchased it 3 times on the "sales" page with the same results. I have purchased it within the week to compare this recent shipment to a Walmart purchase, and there is a difference in the aroma, the taste, the cotton padding in the jar, and the jar itself.. Ebay offers no help that I could find, to submit it to the manufacturer for evaluation. All I know for sure, that it tastes and smells and is completely ineffective compared to the product bought from a trusted Pharmacy. I don't really give a crap what you buy, I put it out there and you can heartburn on it . For me, it worth a few bucks to avoid Ebay for meds..

OP9 months agoBy the way Comics SciFy and whatever. I do plan to return the last two jars of 50 that I have bought. But the last three purchases of 2-3 did nothing for me..

Mentor9 months agoNo problem returning it if you don't think it's authentic. That's why I shared the steps to do so. There are time limits. So just be sure to file the return request within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date.
Keep in mind that we are volunteers and not eBay customer service however we do know the rules as well or better than most agents.
