Four seasons, perfume
This is the second time I have to file a complaint less than a month first, they sent me the wrong shirt. I’m not having any help there and then I placed a bid for nine dollars and you charge me 11 what happened to the good service

Since we are volunteers we can't access accounts to see why you were charged $11 for a $9 item.
On the wrong item have you filed a return request , reason doesn't match description or photos. Then return to the case and ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund.
