Found I bought counterfeit AirPods but only discovered it after the return window
i bought AirPod 2nd gen in October. I continuously had problems and finally I brought them to apple in this month (January 2024). Apple tells me they are counterfeit.
I want my money back but can’t even contact seller outside return window.
ebay policy says “no counterfeitsâ€. This is the 2nd pair where this is happen - the other I am debating with the seller now.
what can I do?

Mentor2 years agoYou have past ebay's 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If you paid with Paypal, they allow up to 180 days from date of sale to file a Returns Request for item not as described. Last resort is to file with your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
