Found a better item my seller has for sale can I request to cancel and purchase the newer item?
Hello,
I haven't been on Ebay for a long time and just want to make sure I don't break any guidelines.
I purchased a device 8 hours ago, and immediately I found a newer model that I was looking for sale by the same seller. My device has not shipped yet. What is the best way to go about it? Keep in mind they are both quite similar, just one is newer than the other.
I'd appreciate any advice to help me navigate this.
