forwarding order no longer valid
Hello...I dropship from a supplier. I shipped a customer's order and added tracking number. It was suppposed to be delivered today but When I checked tracking, I received the following message:
Tracking No.: xxxxxxxx....
2024-02-14 08:29:00 (PST)
ABERDEEN, MD 21001: Forward Expired -> Your item was returned to the sender at 11:29 am on February 14, 2024 in ABERDEEN, MD 21001 because the forwarding order for this address is no longer valid. How can I handle this? Thanks in advance for any advice.
