Forwarded Delivery
I sold an item and bought a shipping label from Ebay with the address the buyer provided. It was showing out for delivery to the correct address but then got sent to a city an hour away. When looking at the usps site, it says the package was forwarded and then delivered. The buyer has now put in a claim that it wasn’t received but I am not at fault- either it’s usps or the buyer. What should I do?

Mentor9 months ago@kaspe_3703 I would contact USPS right away and ask why it was forwarded. Did the buyer have a forwarding order on their mail? Or did USPS goof? Get as much info as you can in case you need fight the not received refund request case.
Since tracking does show delivery SOMEWHERE you should win the case. Just provide the tracking number in the case if it is not already there.
