Formal Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Delivery – Request for Immediate Resolution
Dear eBay Customer Service,
My name is thir-5277, a loyal eBay customer for over 2 years. I’m writing to formally raise a complaint about a fraudulent delivery related to my recent eBay order:
Order Item: TISSOT Seastar 1000 Chronograph Pepsi Blue Men's Watch
eBay Order Number: 22-13123-28617
Tracking Number: ES1002908985048000200000000N
- Seller Name: Bluelemon_lol
Courier: UniUni Logistics (Uni Logistics)
Despite being home the entire day, the package was never delivered to my unit. The so-called “proof of delivery†photo shows a random lobby that does not match my apartment, which houses 100+ units. There was no call or access request from the delivery person, even though my name and phone number were clearly listed. The package was not dropped at my door or the secured package room, which is the standard protocol in our building. I strongly believe the delivery agent staged a false delivery photo and left with the item.
Prior Resolution Attempts:
I contacted UniUni multiple times—no meaningful response or insurance support was offered.
The seller also failed to respond to any of my messages.
eBay denied my refund request, citing tracking info, despite clear visual and circumstantial proof of fraudulent delivery.
Widespread Fraud Allegations Against UniUni
This is not an isolated case. A quick search reveals that hundreds of customers across North America have reported similar fraudulent deliveries by UniUni:

These sources reflect a pattern of systemic issues—fraudulent proof-of-delivery photos, untraceable packages, and zero accountability from the courier or seller.
My Request
I am now escalating this matter to
Bank of America—initiating a formal chargeback
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)—complaint regarding eBay’s denial of refund despite false delivery
Better Business Bureau (BBB)—against both eBay and Uni Logistics for negligence and poor customer protection
I urge you to review this case properly with full context and refund the amount of $324.17, or reship the item via a reliable, accountable carrier.
I trusted eBay and your seller policies to protect buyers in good faith. I am now left without the item or the money, despite strong evidence this was not a legitimate delivery.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
thir-5277

Since you filed a chargeback with your bank, Ebay cannot help you.
UniGroup Logistics acts as a third-party logistics provider. Ebay's Money Back Guarantee does not cover deliveries from a third party forwarding service.
"Not covered: Items collected by a third party on behalf of the buyer"
